1. Copyright and Ownership
All images in this gallery are the exclusive property of the Photographer and are protected under United States copyright law. No ownership rights are transferred to the Client or any third party.

2. License for Use
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use images for personal use only, including printing, sharing with friends and family, and posting on personal social media accounts. Commercial use, resale, or distribution to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.

3. No Alterations
Images may not be edited, altered, or modified in any way that materially changes their appearance, including the application of filters or color changes, without prior written permission. Minor cropping or resizing for formatting purposes is permitted.

4. Social Media Sharing
Images may be shared online. When reasonably possible, the Photographer should be credited or tagged in posts.

5. Gallery Access and Downloads
Access to this gallery is provided for the Client’s convenience. The Photographer does not guarantee long-term storage or availability of images. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images after delivery.

6. Prohibited Use
Images may not be used in any unlawful, defamatory, or misleading manner, or in any way that misrepresents the Photographer’s work.

7. Enforcement
The Photographer reserves the right to request removal of any image use that violates these terms or misrepresents the quality or style of the work.
